  3. Do Atlas Ebikes come with a warranty?
    Yes, all our ebikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering all components, including structural, electrical, and accessory parts, against manufacturing defects. You can also purchase an extended warranty for an additional 2 years for $300.

Shipping

  1. Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to all Canadian provinces.

  2. How long does shipping take?
    Orders are processed within 3 business days, with shipping taking an additional 5-7 business days.

  3. How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free for all e-bike orders in Canada, except for Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

  4. Do I need to sign for my order?
    Yes, for e-bike deliveries, we recommend selecting our $10 signature-required shipping option for added security.

Orders & Returns

  1. Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at info@atlasebike.com

  2. What’s your return policy?
    You can return unused ebikes within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a $200 restocking fee. For used bikes, a 20% restocking fee applies. Accessories can also be returned within 14 days if unused.

  3. How do I start a return?
