Warranty Coverage
Warranty Region
This warranty is only applicable to e-bike purchases made in Canada from atlasebike.com. If you purchased your e-bike through a third-party retailer, please contact your original dealer for after-sales service. All Atlas Ebike owners are entitled to contact our Customer Service Team for troubleshooting support throughout the lifetime of the bike.
For clarity, we only ship and provide warranty services within Canada.
Warranty Start
Atlas Ebike warrants its products for a limited period from the date of delivery of the original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Atlas’ published guidelines.
Standard 1-Year Warranty
Atlas Ebike offers a standard 1-year warranty that covers all components of the e-bike, including structural, electrical, and accessory components.

Battery (up to 300 charge cycles or 1 year, whichever occurs first)
Battery
The battery is covered for up to 300 charging cycles or 1 year, whichever comes first. The battery is designed to retain up to 75% of its original capacity during this period.

Stem
Seatpost
Pedals
Kickstand
Rims
Tires
Suspension forks
Brakes (excluding brake pads)
Derailleur, shifter, and freewheel components
Warranty Coverage Terms
First Owner (Original Purchaser)
The original purchaser of the e-bike is entitled to the full coverage as outlined above for a limited period of 1 year.
Extended Warranty Options
Customers have the option to extend the standard warranty for all components as follows:
2 additional years for $300 (total 3 years of coverage)
Subsequent Owners
The warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners. However, they are welcome to contact our Customer Service Team for general assistance with their e-bike.
Warranty Exclusions
Atlas Ebikes’ warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear parts such as tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, chains, spokes, and bearings.
Paint, decals, and graphics.
Third-party components such as drivetrains, brakes, and other add-ons. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for such components.
Improper assembly, alteration, or installation of components not originally intended for the bike.
Damage caused by crashes, neglect, or improper repair and maintenance.
Damage due to power surges, improper charging, or water damage to the battery.
Corrosion or damage caused by environmental factors.
Shipping Damage
If your bike is damaged during shipping, we will replace the damaged components provided the following conditions are met:
Notify Atlas Ebike of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
Provide dated photos or a video of the damaged product.
Return the original packaging and paperwork that came with the bike.
Inspect the bike immediately upon receipt and note any visible damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading before signing.
Please note that Atlas Ebike is not responsible for shipping damage if you choose to ship via an independent freight forwarder or similar service.
Warranty Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim:
Contact the Atlas Ebike Customer Service team at info@atlasebike.com.
Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged component.
If the team determines that the component is covered under warranty, you will be given instructions for returning the defective part and receiving a replacement.
The replacement component will only be shipped to the original purchaser’s address. Shipping costs for returning the defective component will be the customer’s responsibility unless agreed upon by Atlas Ebike in writing.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Subsequent owners are not eligible for warranty claims but may contact Customer Service for troubleshooting support.
Disclaimers
Atlas Ebike disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, for the duration of this express limited warranty.
Some provinces may not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. If any provision of this warranty is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
