Shipping Policy

Addresses to which we ship:
We currently ship across Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international destinations at the moment. For any inquiries about specific locations, please contact us at info@atlasebike.com.

Shipping time:
It takes up to 3 business days to process your order. Shipping times may vary based on location, but typically, your order will arrive within 10 business days after processing. In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact us at info@atlasebike.com.

Shipping cost:
We offer free shipping on all e-bike purchases within Canada. For accessory orders under $99, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has shipped.

Signatures Required:
For high-value items such as e-bikes, we recommend using our signature-required shipping service for an additional ten dollars per bike. This ensures your package is not left unattended and requires a signature upon delivery. Non-bike items are not included in this service. We also offer shipping insurance at checkout to cover all items in your order.

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canpar, but may occasionally use other services to ensure prompt delivery.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of our shipping partners. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend selecting the signature-required shipping or adding shipping insurance for extra protection.

Restocking Fee:

  • For returns of new and unused e-bikes within 14 days of receipt, a $200 restocking fee per bike will be applied.

  • For returns of used e-bikes within 14 days, a restocking fee equal to 20% of the total order value will be applied.

  • Refused deliveries will incur a $200 flat fee per bike.

  • Defective items returned within 14 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee, pending approval from our Customer Service team.

Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us at info@atlasebike.com before the order is shipped. While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee the success of cancellations once processing begins. You will receive an email confirmation if your cancellation is successful.


If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and follow our return process. Rejecting a shipped order or failing to follow the return procedure may result in item loss, and we cannot guarantee a refund.

Return Policy:
Customers may submit a return request within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@atlasebike.com. Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • If you wish to return a non-defective or undamaged e-bike, it must be in its original packaging and condition, free of any signs of use, dirt, or wear. A restocking fee will apply:

    • Unused bikes: $200 restocking fee.

    • Used bikes: 20% of the total order value.

  • Accessories and replacement parts must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of any wear or damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on these items.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse. You will be notified via email, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take up to 30 days to process the refund.
